Abstract

A large-scale image dataset for incident detection is introduced, featuring 446,684 human-annotated images across 43 incident types, with a baseline classification model that reduces false positives and demonstrates effective image filtering techniques.

Through these experiments, we show how the Incidents Dataset can be used to detect images with incidents in the wild.
