Improve model card: add project page, tags, and detailed description

This PR improves the model card for LEMAS-TTS by:
- Adding the official project page link.
- Updating the paper link to the Hugging Face papers page.
- Adding descriptive metadata tags (
zero-shot,multilingual) for better discoverability. - Providing a more detailed model description based on the paper's abstract.
- Explicitly mentioning the LEMAS-Dataset used for training.
- Ensuring all relevant links (Paper, Project Page, GitHub, Demo) are prominently displayed.
- Improving the overall structure and readability.
