Hello!

This PR aims to improve the InternVL2_5-4B-MPO model card by:

1. Adding a dedicated "Paper Information" section: This section prominently features the title and a direct link to the foundational paper "Expanding Performance Boundaries of Open-Source Multimodal Models with Model, Data, and Test-Time Scaling".
2. Including the paper's abstract: A new "Abstract" section provides a quick overview of the research, enhancing context and discoverability directly within the model card.
3. Standardizing pipeline_tag casing: The pipeline_tag in the YAML metadata has been updated from image-text-to-text to IMAGE_TEXT_TO_TEXT for consistency with Hugging Face conventions.

These updates aim to make the model card more informative and easier to navigate for users. The existing comprehensive details regarding usage, fine-tuning, and deployment have been retained.
