Optimizes the tracking demo GIF from 11.4MB to 8.9MB with identical label legibility. Dithering is disabled and the palette reduced to 128 colors, which compresses the heatmap regions far better; frame count trimmed 60 to 40 with chunk boundaries preserved. Faster page load, no visual regression.
